Shareholders
Based on the announcement of Qatar Central Securities Depository, shareholders who own more than 5% of Qatar Oman Investment Company shares, whether directly or indirectly are required to comply and submit the QCSD disclosure form.
Therefore, If the ownership of Qatar Oman Investment Company shares has exceeded the limit, the shareholder must dispose of the excess ownership in accordance with the rules of Qatar Financial Markets Authority regarding the limits of shares ownership in companies listed on Qatar Exchange.
